At H2BAR, we want you to love your redhead-friendly beauty products, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain cosmetics and hair accessories must remain sealed to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
